My Life List: made for real life, not worst-case thinking.

You're the one who knows where everything is. Get it out of your head and into one place your family could actually find.

You're getting older, or helping a parent get older, and want to make things a little easier for everyone involved.

You're already pretty organised, and want it to be just as clear to someone else as it is to you.

You've had cause to think about what's written down, and what isn't. You don't need to dwell on why. You just want it sorted.

You want one weekend project that actually changes something, instead of one more thing on a list.

My brother was many wonderful things. Organised wasn't one of them.

When he got sick, I had two weeks to piece together his entire life. Which accounts existed. Who to call. Where things were. Two weeks to learn what should have taken five minutes to find, if any of it had been written down anywhere. It wasn't his fault. Most of us are exactly the same. We just don't think about how much we're carrying until someone has to go looking for it.

That's the thing about information: it's a quiet kind of weight. Passwords, policy numbers, the name of his GP, the combination to a safe. None of it feels heavy on its own. But carry enough of it for long enough, and it adds up to something you didn't realise you were holding. So I started writing it down. Not because I had to anymore. He was sorted by then. But because once I started, I couldn't stop noticing how much I was still carrying for myself. That's how My Life List began. Not as a plan for the worst, but as a way to put the weight down.

Whether you're getting your own life in order, helping a parent who has no idea what's in their own accounts, or you're just tired of being the only one who knows where everything is.

This is for that.

I wrote it all down, and it actually helped.

Every account, policy, contact, and important detail you're carrying around in your mind.

One place to put it all.

My Life List
$97.00

A complete, considered way to record everything that matters: built for two adults, without day-to-day dependant information, designed to be filled in over a weekend and updated once a year.

This is not a ten-page template. It's a complete system across more than 300 pages, built once, used for years, and shared between two people.

Twelve sections cover every part of life admin most people don't think about until they need to: personal information, emergency contacts, health, contacts, pets, home and assets, insurance, employment, financial, digital life, legal and legacy, and your own personal wishes.

My Life List records where things are, not the sensitive details themselves. No passwords, no account numbers. It's designed to be safe to keep at home.

Created by an advance care planning professional who has also lived through it firsthand, twice. Including a state-by-state guide to advance care planning across every Australian state and territory.

Print-optimised PDF, ready to fill in digitally or by hand. Designed in black and white throughout. No coloured backgrounds, no heavy ink use, prints cleanly on any home printer.

This is an instant digital download. Your copy will be emailed to you straight after checkout.

For every day

Your life admin, actually organised. One place that records what exists and where to find it, instead of three different apps and a notebook you can never find.

For the day you can’t speak for yourself

If anything ever happened and you couldn't communicate your wishes, your family wouldn't be guessing. That's not the reason to do this. It's just what you get along the way.

What’s inside:

"I don't have time for this."

My Life List is designed to be filled in over a weekend, in whatever order makes sense to you. You don't need to finish it in one sitting.

"This feels like a lot to think about."

That's exactly why it's broken into twelve clear sections instead of one big task. Work through it at your own pace, and update it once a year.

"I already have a Will and an Advance Care Directive."

Good. My Life List doesn't replace those documents, it makes them usable. A Will says who gets what. An Advance Care Directive says what you want. Neither one tells your family where anything actually is.

Built from professional and personal experience in advance care planning. Not theory. Lived it, twice, and worked in it for years.
